Each Love Birds & Co. wedding planning package comes with a rental credit starting at $500 and good toward decor, furnishings, and all of those incredible details that make your event one-of-a-kind.

But that's not all.

We also offer a full range of vintage and modern rentals, decor and custom architectural backdrops. So whether you are a couple looking for design and planning services or your planning needs are met, but you’ve found yourself searching  for those finishing touches to make your event your own, our showroom and design services are always available.

Every expertly executed event requires a perfectly detailed design plan. Our goal at Love Birds & Co. is to create an unforgettable experience that begins well before your wedding day. Whether it’s walking you through the design process or helping to navigate the intricacies of etiquette, our team is here to make your planning experience as enjoyable and effortless as possible. Our most popular events package, Partial Planning allows you the freedom to enjoy your engagement without the added stress and time required for day-to-day wedding planning. Whether it’s pairing you with your dream vendor team and negotiating quotes on your behalf or searching for the perfect china pattern to set off your place setting, we are here to make sure that your experience is more cake and bubbly than email and contracts.

All Partial Planning clients enjoy a $1000 rental credit good toward anything within our extensive rentals inventory.

Whether you are planning a masquerade ball for 500 or a backyard soiree for 40, every wedding deserves a dedicated team of day-of managers. Starting at least 3 months out from your event date, our team will walk you through finalizing vendor contracts, as well as creating, confirming, and executing your wedding day timeline. This is a great option for brides with tons of help from friends and family, but who need a few extra hands to make sure the event runs smoothly and everyone involved – including mom – is able to enjoy it.

This package comes with a $500 credit good toward the furnishings and decor of your choice.

Created as an accompaniment to our Event Management Package and offered to both inhouse planning  clients as well as fellow wedding professionals, our Design Services are how you turn 10,648 Pinterest dreams into real-wedding reality. Created to help clients who have the planning and execution  side nailed down, but need help pulling the details together, our Design package is a must for couples  overwhelmed with inspiration but not quite sure how to pull it all together.

What services do you offer?

Love Birds & Co. is a Houston wedding planner and event design firm that is also a full-service rental company. We also offer our clients Corporate Event Planning & Execution, Media and Publication Design, Set Styling and Styled Shoot Design Packages.

Can we set up a time to see the rentals in person?

Well of course! Our warehouse is located at Storage 105, 13921 Hwy 105 N, Conroe, TX 77304 Unit #3107 and is full of inspiration and resources. We are open by appointment only. Give us a call at (936) 449-4440 to schedule yours today! We would love to host you and your loved ones!

I’ve found my pretties, do I have to pay a deposit to hold them?

We require a deposit of 50% to secure an item, but if you see something you love, and need a little time to make sure it’s for you, just give us a call.

I’ve found lots of goodies… do you deliver?

Why yes we do! Love Birds & Co. is a full service rental company located in Montgomery, Texas. All items are delivered and set up the morning of the event and picked up later that evening. There is a minimum delivery charge based on the number of items that you choose, the amount of time and manpower it takes to construct or move them and also the delivery location. Typically, we deliver within 30 miles of Montgomery, but additional arrangements can be made per request and per additional delivery charges. We pride ourselves on our great working relationship with our clients. In most cases, if you love it, we can figure out a way to make it work. A minimum delivery charge of $175 is added to all orders within 30 miles of our showroom.

What exactly is Event Design? Is that different than a rental consultation?

Oh, Pinterest. You dirty little devil, you. The best way to describe Event Design is to say this: we help you bring your (completely gorgeous but insanely overwhelming) 1473 Pinterest pins down to one coherent, beautifully styled wedding concept. We really try to get to know our clients, their personalities and what they love, to help them turn the pictures in their head into something real — and attainable. When we are finished, your design plan will help you track down the vendors and individual details that will bring your event to life. Event Design doesn’t have to end with a design plan. We travel with brides to choose gowns, accessories, linens and florals – you name it, we can help style it. We also offer day-of styling packages to help clients make sure that all of those little details make a big impact, in addition to our planning and management packages.

How do we get this party started?

We are so glad you asked! There are a few ways to get started. If you’ve looked through our online inventory (remember, we have LOTS of beauties still waiting patiently in the showroom to have their photos taken) and know exactly what you’re looking for, submit your wishlist and we will get a quote over to you ASAP. If you find yourself a little less sure of your choices, give us a call and we can set up an appointment for you to come by and visit our showroom. If you still aren’t quite sure of which direction you want to go, we would love to set up a customized styling session. (That’s when we REALLY get to have some fun!)

Is there a minimum order?

We do have a minimum order of $300 plus delivery for events located within our main delivery area. Deliveries outside of that range will be decided on a case-per-case basis. Please give us a call for more information.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do! Once your deposit is paid, and your items are secured, we offer flexible payment options to help you keep your budget in check.

Something unforeseen has come up. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and sometimes, life just gets weird. Unfortunately, once an item is booked, we do not offer refunds. We will, however, do our best to exchange or replace items with other available pieces in our inventory. Please call us if you have questions or concerns.

Ohmygoodness, y'all. We broke it.

Don’t panic. It happens. But because so many of our items are one-of- a-kind and irreplaceable, we have added a replacement cost into each contract with the amount you will be charged if the item cannot be cleaned or repaired. Each item is your responsibility from the time we drop it off until the time that our crew picks it up. Any damage acquired during that time will be charged to you per your contract. We understand that things happen. We will work with you to make sure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
